These Terms of Service govern your use of mungahapplesolutions.com and any product, repair or support service provided by Mungah Apple Solutions Ltd ("MAS", "we", "us"). By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors before an order is confirmed. Stock is limited and subject to availability.
An order is accepted once payment is received and you receive a confirmation from sales@mungahapplesolutions.com. We accept M-Pesa, card and approved financing partners. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment has cleared in full.
We deliver across Kenya through vetted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Inspect your package on receipt and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
Sealed, unused devices may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less return shipping. Software, gift cards and personalised items are non-returnable. Devices that have been activated, engraved or damaged are subject to a restocking assessment.
MAS repairs use genuine Apple parts and are performed by Apple-certified technicians. Repairs carry a 90-day workmanship warranty on the specific service performed. Manufacturer warranty terms continue to apply on covered products.
You are responsible for backing up your data before any repair or trade-in. We take reasonable care but are not liable for loss of data, applications or settings during service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. MAS is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
