Are MAS repairs genuine Apple repairs?+
Yes. MAS technicians are MAS-Academy certified and we use authenticated parts traced via IMEI and part serial. Every repair generates a Device Passport entry and a Trust Score update.
What is a MAS Device Passport™?+
A tamper-evident digital identity for every device handled by MAS: ownership history, repair history, warranty status, trade-in events, and certification — verifiable via QR code on a public passport page.
How does the MAS Trust Score™ work?+
We compute a 0–100 score from battery health, parts authenticity, repair quality, inspection results, ownership history and warranty status. A Trust Grade (A+ to D) summarises the score for buyers and insurers.
Can I trade in my old Apple device?+
Yes. Start a trade-in online or in any MAS branch. We provide an AI-assisted valuation, inspect the device, and credit you instantly toward a new purchase or MAS Care membership.
Does MAS offer financing or installments?+
Yes. MAS Finance supports 3–36 month plans with transparent APR. Apply in branch or via the customer app; decisions typically come back within 24 hours.
What is MAS Care?+
MAS Care is our membership program. Tiers (Standard, Gold, Platinum) include accessory discounts, priority repair queues, free diagnostics, loaner devices, and extended warranty depending on tier.
Do you serve corporate fleets?+
Yes — banks, universities, government and NGOs run on MAS Corporate Fleet Cloud: bulk procurement, employee assignment, SLA-backed repair, and lifecycle replacement planning.
Is my data safe with MAS?+
MAS OS is built on a regulated-enterprise framework aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF and OWASP ASVS. Row-level security, audit logging, encryption and a 30-day DSAR workflow apply to every customer record.

How do I verify a refurbished device?+
Scan the QR code on the device or its certificate. The MAS Passport page shows the full lifecycle, refurbishment certificate, current Trust Score, and parts authenticity record.
